It was a great way (in theory) to sidestep a bullshit law. It increased everyone’s privacy, by doing away with the bullshit partitions we have in most public restrooms.
But it got misrepresented in the press with both sides accusing the other of wanting to spy on kids in the bathroom.
Great solution if every school district has a bunch of cash laying around to throw up a few new walls
