Foreigners can’t vote in Dutch national elections unless they are naturalized. And Americans are not very likely to naturalize since it’s not allowed to have double citizenship in the Netherlands and the US has an exit tax when people renounce their US citizenship. So what’s your point ?

Can’t pay an exit tax if you don’t have any assets. Which Americans don’t have because the billionaires stole it all.
