Medical tourism is a real thing. Whether you will pay less than you would in the US will depend on the country you go to and the procedure. Without insurance you are still likely to pay a lot of money at a private clinic. You also have to factor in whether you will need follow-up appointments and plan for complications because those costs plus the costs of multiple overseas trips and living accommodations will add up.

My recommendations are more sad than uplifting, but still beautiful and emotional.

I missed out on “not pooping for a week” being the hot topic but there is more potential for funny answers to that than whatever is going on with moths and beans right now. And if you want to not poop for a week, I’ve heard opioids are effective.

Exercise programs, language courses, and music streaming services are a few things you can try out before committing to them.
