It feels very mask off for the American
oligarchs‘wealthy elite’ to be praising the Russian oligarchs.
imagine the logistical nightmare of tracking, arresting and executing entire families depending on the causality reports you get back from the conflict. somehow I don’t believe one of the poorest nations on Earth is actually investing all that much time and money into the ‘kill-their-families’ benefit for soldiers.
