I came here to say pretty much the same. With mine, it’s an hour to an hour and a half, and the howling is non-stop. It’s not a cute meow, either, it’s nail on a chalkboard. It’s so incredibly annoying.
Other than that, she;s pretty cute.

I think becoming desensitized to something and becoming motivated to do it are different. I’m not worried that watching degradation porn will make me want to degrade people, but I’m worried it will make it have less of an impact on me.
Intellectually, I agree with you, but personally I feel that we can get jaded to things. Maybe just for me, personally, but I worry that if I watched a lot of porn with someone being degraded, degradation would have less impact on me, and I don’t want that to happen. Another aspect, though, is that watching someone being degraded makes me feel shitty, not horny.
I think that’s because the stations already pay the tax when they buy from suppliers, but wholesalers don’t do this. I could be wrong.
I guess it’s not the top of mind problem Americans have right now.
You’ve got that right!
Sure, sounds nice. But is it bad enough that people feel compelled to create a ballot measure and get it changed? Apparently not.
Totally normal to be curious/interested in porn. First thing I’d say is to think about what you’re watching: does it seem like a healthy thing between two or more people, or is someone being abused or degraded? It’s easy to watch a bunch of stuff and get an impression that what you’re seeing is normal, but porn caters to various proclivities and they aren’t all healthy.
I don’t know what to advise about replacing it. You likely have a normal sex drive with no outlet, and expecting yourself to not be horny is probably unreasonable. Fantasy/masturbation without porn might be more reasonable.
Might be worth asking yourself what about it makes you feel bad.
It’s certainly for the store’s benefit, not the consumer’s, but you’re over stating things. Sure, there’s no incentive for the store too post anything other than the price they charge, and not the state and federal charges the government layers on top of that. There’s no law requiring them to do so, and obviously they’d rather post the smaller price. We could change that by making it a law, but no one really seems to care that much - just doesn’t seem like that big of a deal.
When you say “people” you’re really talking about the stores, right? The stores just put the price they charge, not the taxes which they don’t get. Yes, taxes vary from state to state, but it’s not like we’re all going to different states every day. I know what the tax rate is in my area, and so I know to add that when I see a price in a store.
If you really mean “people” as in customers, it depends. If I’m telling someone that a store has a good price, I’ll just quote the store’s price. But sometimes when I’m talking about what I paid, I’ll include everything “Wow, I can’t believe this cart of groceries was $150…”
I know I’m old because all I can think of is how heavy that would be in the wash machine.
I’d guess that without having a parachute, it would always be error.
Would be funny if they made a horror movie sequel.
Well no, not necessarily. Here’s an area near me. There are a number of valleys you can see that aren’t surrounded by other valleys.
Even just what’s in the movie seems torturous. It’s implied that he experiences the day thousands of times. Seems like that would drive a person insane.
Oh, that’s a nightmare! In the movie, there were so many things he could learn and do because he was in a town.
With my luck I’d get one where I wake up with massive diarrhea and vomiting, and have to spend the day by the toilet.
How do you do that when your loop is being on the plane already?
I’m guessing in a valley surrounded by mountains, based on the pic, but who knows.
I admit that I had to stare at that pic for a second longer than should have been necessary.
That probably wouldn’t happen. What would happen is that it would go to the courts whether a president can really pardon himself or not. His corrupt SCOTUS might actually say they can, but regardless it would probably take long enough that he’d be dead and not caring.
I assumed that because of his wording. People I know don’t really “name prices,” businesses do. My guess was that it was the businesses that he meant, and since it was responses about businesses that he replied to, I think I was right. But, in case, I answered for regular people, too. Don’t know why you have to be shitty about it.
